I WANT TO SEE EACH PERSON WITH ALL PAYROLL INFORMATION FIR THE QUARTER AND YEAR TO DATE (EMPLOYEE & EMPLOYER) I HAVE TO RUN THESE ALL AFTER I HAVE BATCHED THE QUARTERLIES SO I CAN MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND FIND ANY ISSUES BEFORE YEAR-END.

I agree with Matt B, but I think it would also be nice if that report were set up in the Office & Affliates Tax Options tab to print with the Batch reports for Quarterlies. If we had a choice of reports to add here that would auto create when we batch quarterlies, like when the payroll package reports create when we close a payroll.
Payroll Wage, Tax, and Deduction Register report under Payroll Register sounds like this already has what you need
