Block specific employees from syncing to Swipeclock

Allow specific employees to block from syncing to swipeclock. Specifically, for owners or salary employees who do not clock in. Currently, Apex will sync and swipeclock will bill for all active employees with no ability to limit who is synced to the time clock.
