Compensation Deduction on MO-941

Missouri allows a discount (compensation deduction) to the employer on the taxes withheld, the discount is reported on the Form MO-941. Apex prepares the form correctly, but the discount is not recognized on the NACHA file. Therefore the amounts being paid to the state do not reflect the discount allowed. Right now we manually adjust the NACHA file so that the state isn't paid more than what is due.
