Correct rounding issue on wage bases

I have noticed that when a pretax deduction (that is a percentage) is rounded the deduction amount is rounded up if the thousandths place is 5 or greater (which is correct). However, when the wage base amount is reported the deduction amount used to arrive at the wage base amount is rounded down if the thousandths place is 5. These should be using the same number.
