In Time Off Requests, Offer only the earning codes for which the employee's accruals are tied to

Employees are using the wrong codes for time off requests. Example: Manager PTO codes are available to Hourly employees who should use Sick/Vacation codes. The Manager either rejects the request, or accepts it and accrual is not decremented. Rejecting the request results in confusin and unnecessary work for everyone. Accepting it results in balance errors. PTO should not be an option for this employee.
