Recurring Earnings should show in the recurring deductions screen in the employee section

Every payroll company I have come across in my 20 years except apex groups recurring earnings and deductions in the employee screens. That should be done here as well vs having to tell the client to leave the employee screens, go to time transactions (when they dont use time keeping), check a box, and go through the manual process of adding there and hoping it saves and that they remember those steps in the future when they need to make corrections/changes. Very out of the way place to have it.
