Don't require Adj In Date for payroll imports

The point of having an import function is to take spreadsheet data from clients however they have it and quickly map the column and import. I don't want to have to manipulate and add a date column into my client's spreadsheets just to import hours for payroll. Also be sure a deduction-only payroll can be imported as well. (Ex. only Reimbursement items such as a per diem is on the payroll).
