FLSA OT / RROP

We need the options for non-discretionary/incentive items and discretionary. The difference effects RROP for OT calculations. Currently, you have to select Comm/Bonus to achieve the correct RROP, but not all bonuses are the same when it comes to whether or not they impact RROP and OT. It would also be nice if there was a way to enter a period for non-discretionary that the OT should be calculated from, so that all hours are captured correctly. If the bonus is for the previous month, the previous month's OT may need to be looked at, not the current check's. Ceridian has this feature in their system.
