Employee Paystub

At this time the only type of pay stub we can obtain is by using ESS however that removes the power from us. We would like a report created to mimic a traditional pay stub. I have created a custom report with the report writer to provide the information needed; however, this does not display everything.

The missing information is both employer and employee addresses as well as YTD amounts for all earnings, deductions, tax liabilities etc.

Files attached are the all-inclusive template screen shot, and the report generated with that template as well as a modified template for our demo company. The addresses you see are hand typed via text box.
