allow us to turn off ESS & Online Timekeeping and not have it show in product access if client is using MYGO & vice versa

When clients only use ESS or MYGO, we should be able to turn off the application they are not using. The way it is currently configured is confusing to clients that maintain their own Product Access for their ee's. They often turn on both self service options and the Online Timekeeping and then question us when their employees can't log in...because they are using the wrong url.
