Create a certified payroll to audit/verify when the payroll is processed but not closed so, we are able to verify the certified payroll report generated correctly and we do not have to close and reopen the payroll. Also, the certified showing the same employee for different rate on the same report would be helpful as well.

The Certified Payroll Module in EOD needs a total overhaul. We have to export the payrolls and manually fix them every time a client has one. Not to mention, the billing "per certified payroll" onlychargess for one report no matter how many certified payrolls are generated in that pay period.
