Allow paystub access after termination for 14-30 days. When employees are terminated upon closing payroll per the termination date, the empoyee is not able to access their final paystub. We are often asked to reproduce these stubs.

It needs to be longer than that, so that the W-2 can be accessed. I never disable feature would be better. In when I worked for a company that used Ceridian, termed employees never lost access to their account; and they can always update their address. The DD and Tax forms are the only items that disable.
