Accrual - Max Hour Balance Set-Up

Accrual set-up should include a Maximum Hours Balance field. This field should run solely off of the employee's hours balance and only cease accrual once their actual balance is at the Maximum Hours Balance amount.

Total Max will not work when an employee can accrue more hours if they use some. For example, if a company policy is a maximum of 240 PTO hours, and an employee has a a balance of 240 hours. If they use 20 hours, they can now accrue on the next pay period since they are below that Maximum Hours Balance amount. Apex does not recognize this because the Running Total will still be at 240 and block any accrual.
