Make Employee Deduction/Accruals Tables Expandable

The deduction section of an employee's record only allows you to see 7 deductions on the screen at a given time, while the accruals section is half the page. This seems backward to me. I would like to see ALL the deductions an employee has at one time when updating their individual deductions. The usual "run your mouse over the bottom of the table to lengthen" is not available.
