Make employee leave request report sorted by employee last name

The Employee Leave request report is current divided by department and sorted by employee FIRST name. This is extremely hard to use when comparing to a payroll report, which is sorted by last name. Ideally I would be like to be able to sort by employee last name, not grouped by department.
