change billing items globally

when changing billing items globally, which we do annually, it would be nice to be able to change all 3 items the Charge, Retail and Wholesale along with picking the charge type at one time. Right now I can only pick the Charge type and only one rate type. To update 1 line item i have to go through the steps 3 times. This is very time consuming considering how many line items we have. Also, if the client has line item #107 setup more than once because of the different charge types it only updates 1 of the lines, not all of them. We need to have a better way to update the billing lines. We have spent hours on this just to do an annual billing increase across our over 450 client base.
