The ability to have actual check memos

We need to be able to have check memos, not "stub comments." Clients like memos on bonus checks, especially around Christmas; a stub comment is not the same and will not even print on folded check stubs. This would also be useful to have on tax checks for those agencies that we still have to mail checks in to.
